π¦ Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Product:
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or not working, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
πΈ Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or card) within 5β7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, after confirmation.
π Replacements
- In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, we can offer a free replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- To request a replacement, contact our support team with order details and product photos.
β Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Products returned without original packaging
- Used or tampered cables
- Orders reported after the return period (7 days)
