Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, after confirmation.
