All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 will have a standard shipping fee (visible at checkout).

  1. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS with tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.

  1. Shipping Partner

We use reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Re-shipping charges will be applicable in such cases.

  1. Delays & Liability

Blinkplug is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
